Cookies

This website sets no cookies

This site doesn't set any cookies, and doesn't use local storage, session storage or any other way of storing information in your browser. There's no analytics, advertising or tracking, and nothing is loaded from other websites, so no one else can set cookies through it either.

That's why there's no cookie banner. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations only require consent when something is stored on your device, and nothing is.

The app's browser viewer

The browser viewer built into Show-Overlay runs on your own Mac, not on this website. It doesn't set cookies either.

Server logs

Server logs aren't cookies, but they are the one record of your visit that exists. They're described in the privacy policy.

If this changes

If this site ever starts using cookies that aren't strictly necessary, this page will be updated and you'll be asked for consent before any are set.
